Program cancellation/Refund Policy

Individuals who enroll for program/package are subject to the following policies:

Refunds

• Once your payment or deposit has been made and you have started your program, there are no refunds available. Upon making your payment or deposit, you receive access to the program and resources. Therefore, no refunds are given. But I will work with you diligently to ensure your 100% satisfaction.

• Programs/packages cancelled within 7 days of enrollment are eligible for a refund. Afterwise Health & Fitness, LLC does not offer partial refunds.

• I require a 3-month commitment from you, if you are not completely satisfied with the service after two weeks of use; you may request a prorated refund, i.e. less the number of weeks you used prior to the refund request.

• If you are not able to continue your session, feel free to reschedule anytime. If you are no longer interested in improving your health through a personalized health coaching program, you are welcome to cancel your coaching session before the deadline.

• You must cancel prior to 7 days before your appointment. If your appointment cancellation is within the allotted cancellation window, I will initiate a refund to your credit card.

• If you cannot access the program online via Afterwise Health & Fitness, LLC website www.afterwise.co because you fail to meet the required system requirements given on the website, then Afterwise Health & Fitness, LLC will not take responsibility or give you a refund.

• If you have enrolled for a program and have already commenced, downloaded all or part of the program and/or started to use that program, then you shall have no right to cancel your program.

Live program

• Live program client may stop coaching session at any time, however, if canceled 7 days prior to the program start date, Afterwise Health & Fitness, LLC will refund the tuition paid. Clients will NOT receive any refunds thereafter. If you are not satisfied with the program and have not gained any knowledge or help in this program you can easily, and without reason, at any time cancel your remaining payments.
